We look forward to welcoming you to our exhibitions.
Due to the current situation museum visitors are kindly asked to observe certain hygiene requirements which we would like to inform you about here. Please help us by keeping to these regulations as, together with you and by being aware of others, we aim to make it possible for you to appreciate the works of art intensively once again in the coming months as well.
Hygiene regulations and code of conduct
In consultation with the respective authorities the Franz Marc Museum has devised comprehensive protection and hygiene measures to make your visit as pleasant and safe as possible. By contributing towards containing the coronavirus you will be protecting both yourselves and our staff from infection.
For the good of all please only visit the museum if you are well. Should you be feeling ill, or have been in contact with a COVID-19 patient within the last 14 days, please desist from visiting.
Mouth and nose masks
Wearing masks that cover the mouth and nose is obligatory (also for children aged 6 and over), even if you have a doctor’s certficate exempting you from wearing a face mask. Please observe the minimum distance of 1.5 metres and avoid forming groups. We appreciate your understanding in this matter should our staff need to remind you of the regulations. Please also make regular use of the disinfectant available.
For safety reasons the number of visitors has been reduced until further notice. We apologise in advance for any delays that may occur at the ticket desk and on entry. Tip: download the Franz Marc Museum app at home and use your wait to read up about the current exhibitions, the history of the museum and the Museum Park.
Guided tours for groups
By booking in advance, guided tours for groups of up to a maximum of 10 people are possible.
We hope you enjoy the exhibitions and thank your for your appreciation and cooperation.
