The Franz Marc Museum strives to make its website accessible in accordance with the Bavarian Digital Act (BayDiG). This accessibility statement applies to the website www.franz-marc-museum.de.

Status of Compatibility with the Requirements
This website is partially compliant with the requirements of Conformance Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 as well as with the provisions of the BayDiG in conjunction with the German Barrier-Free Information Technology Ordinance (BITV).

Preparation of this Accessibility Statement
This statement was prepared on16 June 2025.
The assessment of compliance with the WCAG 2.1 AA requirements was carried out in June 2025 based on a sample review of selected pages by an external party.
Most of the identified barriers have already been addressed. The website is being continuously developed, supplemented, and reviewed for accessibility through random sampling.
