Guided tours are offered in Easy Language and in German, English, or French.
Explore our diverse tour formats. Tours for groups of up to 20 are available by prior arrangement.
Staggered tour times are necessary for larger groups.

Conditions of cancellation
Cancellation is free of charge if the museum is informed of the cancellation in writing up to 14 working days before the start of the tour.
Cancellation between 14 working days and 48 hours before the start of the tour: 50% of the tour fee is payable.
Cancellation later than 48 hours before the start of the tour, group no-show or group delay of over 30 minutes: 100% of the tour fee is payable.
